David Mayagoitia

Mr. Mayagoitia has over 20 years experience in the promotion, development and management of industrial real estate, with focus on foreign manufacturing investment in Mexico.

He has directed 11 property development projects encompasing 4,000 acres and more than 200 users in four different cities. He has built over 2.8 million sq. ft. and sold more than 350 acres of property.

As co-founder of in3, Mr. Mayagoitia is in charge of managing the company's design, construction supervision & development projects.

He holds a Master's degree in Architectural Urban Design (Rice University, 1978), and has advanced studies in Business Administration (University of Houston, 1985).

Mr. Mayagoitia is the former founding director of the Mexican Industrial Parks Association (AMPIP), and a founding member of Tijuana's Economic Development Corporation (TIJUANA EDC). He is currently an advisor to both organizations' board of directors.

He is a member or the American Institute of Planners, and is a registered Certified Planner (AICP)

Enrique Salcedo

Mr. Salcedo has over 15 years' experience in Site Planning and Architectural Design, mostly for commercial and industrial facilities.

He has undertaken work throughout Mexico, mostly developing projects for U.S. and Asian companies.

His planning and design experience amounts to more than 6 million sq. ft. of industrial and commercial buildings for companies such as Avery Dennison, Polk Audio, Mead Johnson, Samsung and others.

Co-founder of in3, Mr. Salcedo is directly responsible for all design and engineering activities and manages a skilled in-house design staff.

Mr. Salcedo holds a degree in Architecture (UNAM, Mexico City, 1985).

He has been a professor of "Architectural Design" and "History of Architecture" at several schools, colleges and universities in Mexico City and Tijuana.
