To date, IN3 has delivered over 2.5 million square feet of industrial and clean room space for Medline, enhancing their reach and operational capabilities. This partnership continues with a 1.1 million square-foot production and sterilization facility currently underway, scheduled for completion in 2025. Since 2001, IN3 has been a trusted partner in Oradel’s development, overseeing everything from master planning to the design, engineering, and construction management of its industrial facilities and improvements. Expanding Manufacturing in Mexico

Maxon Lift, the world’s largest single-brand manufacturer of liftgates, has led the industry since 1957 with its innovative products and commitment to excellence.

Since 2007, IN3 has been a trusted partner in Maxon’s manufacturing expansion into Mexico. For Maxon’s first facility in Tijuana, IN3 managed the site selection, design & engineering and construction of a 263,000-square-foot building and later incorporated a specialized galvanizing facility. IN3 supported Maxon’s next phase of growth in Monterrey, delivering a state-of-the-art, 450,000-square-foot facility in 2022. This partnership exemplifies a shared commitment to quality, innovation, and precision in industrial development.
